Our energy procurement process is simple, with our 3 step approach outlined below.

Provide Bills & Return LOA
We require a copy of a recent energy bill for each meter to quote – this is to confirm meter numbers are correct and current contract end date. We also require a returned Letter of Authority that can be sent via DocuSign (for electronic signatures) emailed PDF documents to be printed and scanned back with a wet signature. This will give us the ability to access necessary consumption data in order to tender to suppliers on behalf of the business

Quote & Decision
Once we have tendered to suppliers on your behalf you will receive quote/s for the requested meter/s based on your specific needs. We generally provide the best 3 recommended options (unless there is a preferred supplier) and explain the benefits/clauses within different contract types or term and any financial differences. Prices given are generally valid for 24 hours. Once you have reviewed your contract options and made a decision, you will then receive a Hard LOA & Contract

Return Hard LOA & Contract
A Hard Letter of Authority enables us to terminate your current contract when it comes to an end ensuring a smooth process when transitioning between contracts. Hard LOA and Contract will be sent via DocuSign (for electronic signatures) emailed PDF documents to be printed and scanned back with a wet signature. Please check that all details within the contract are correct including name, business details, contract term and rates. Most fixed price energy contracts require monthly direct debit
